Herbs and associations

So the other issue we have for the Caribbean is the associations with herbs. Its all very well and good to follow associations with plants given on the web. But I recognised that we call them by different names, and we also have other plants indigeneous to here. I hold with the view of all nature religions that whereever you are, there is a native plant with vibrations and nutrients which will be needed by the people who live there. Using imported food is only for variety. So we need to look at our herbs, our plants and not only understand the healing properties of the plants, but also the associations with them.

I believe there are Orisa people who have this information, and it would be beneficial to link up with some of them to learn such info.

Anyone have any contacts with people of Orisa faith?
